The South Carolina organization, South Carolina Council for Children with
Behavioral Disorders (SCCCBD), is the official state sub-division for the
Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders (CCBD) of the
Council for Exceptional Children (CEC).

The SCCCBD is committed to promoting and facilitating the education and general welfare of children and youth with emotional or behavioral disorders in our state. Our most recent SCCCBD Newsletter is now on line.
