The South Carolina organization, South Carolina Council for Children with
Behavioral Disorders (SC-CCBD), is the official state sub-division for the
Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders (CCBD) of the
Council for Exceptional Children (CEC).

The SC-CCBD is committed to promoting and facilitating the education and
general welfare of children and youth with emotional or behavioral disorders in our state.
